Not all houses are good candidates for retrofitting to the EnerPHit Passive House Standard, but when a house needs to be repaired it is a good time to take a serious look at that option. Homes that are suitable for EnerPHit retrofit, we will update the house to the most energy-efficient capability possible, based upon the economics of doing so. Then, we may sell the house, or make it available for lease.

Houses that we do not retrofit will be sold to another investor as a wholesale deal. If we rehab the house, but do not retrofit to the EnerPHit standard, we will re-sell it. Our intention is to focus on maintaining an inventory of homes that have minimal or no electric utility bills.
