Virtual Assistant
Duties:
- Cold calling
- Research, gather information
- Appointment Setting
- Project coordination – gather details, track status, coordinate
- Writing articles and responses to inquiries
- Posting and removing property listings
- Screen business opportunity listings for relevance
- Coordinate preparation of proposals and grant applications with writers
Pay is $15 USD per hour. If VA is outside the state of Maryland, services must be provided through an online service such as Fiverr.
Rehab Project Managers
Location: On-site in Maryland (especially Montgomery and Carroll counties) or Pennsylvania (especially Pittsburgh, plus Chester, Lancaster, Berks, Lehigh, and Northampton counties), and remote.
Manage rehab of one or more properties.
Compensation is based upon a percentage of profit once the home is resold. Compensation for homes to be retained by the company to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Rehab experience required. Prefer manager with rehab contractor contacts.

Contact sellers, determine their needs, propose solutions, set appointment to view property, negotiate purchase agreement terms.
